BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as a either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 50-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

If you’re seeking a different style of training or a new kind of self-expression, you will love LES MILLS BARRE. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

K-Kardio Dance

K-Kardio Dance incorporates simplified MTV moves with with a variety of fitness and dance elements like Aerobics, Kickboxing, Hip Hop, Pilates, HIIT, etc. It is fun, engaging and intense. It is suitable for participants of all ages, with or without dance background. The intensity can be varied according to individual preferences.

For each class of 1 hour, there are about 16 songs to be played. This includes 1 track for warm up, 1 track for muscles conditioning (eg, crunches, planking, arms exercises etc) and 1 cool down track at the end. There will be a water break in between.

K-Kardio Dance focuses on having fun and dancing at your own pace and intensity!

At JR Fitness, we offer various dance choreography classes. The popular dance choreography class is Kpop Dance choreography class. In this class, you will learn the Korean dance MTV partial and full choreography in a block of few sessions depending on the complexity of the song. Other dance choreography genres include modern dance styles hip hop, lyrical, free style and fusion, a combination of dance forms like tap, jazz, modern and ballet.
